This is the second time in 2 months that I've ordered using the mobile app and arrived to pick up the order and it's not ready.
Tonight (sitting in the restaurant waiting as I write this) I ordered in the app and was told it would be ready in 17 minutes. I arrived at the store and 3 people are in the dining room and a family of 3 are in line. I was told my order had not been started yet. The worker looks around the restaurant and says to me we've been pretty busy sorry about that.
***Insert 10 minute break as I'm writing this and waiting on my order.***
In the meantime 2 more people have arrived in line and they're still making the pizzas for the family of 3 but mine are still not in the oven.
***Insert 7 more minutes***
My pizzas are out of the oven. The only silver lining is that they're hot (thank you oven for doing your job). At this point I'd be willing accept them even if they're wrong I'll take them. -

The pizza was great! But the service was mediocre and there was not one clean table (this was around 3:00pm) in the restaurant, I had to clean a table off myself.

Sadly to say I was expecting a better quality pizza out of here. Let me clarify before I continue it wasn't bad, BUT you can easily gone to the closest grocery store and pick up a Digiorno.
The positive thing of this place is that it was right next to the truck stop. Seeing that I don't carry a small oven with me on my truck it worked out great. Thank you Pie Five, you should have more of these near truck stops. -

Yes already sent my complaint to that email. Someone said a district manager would reach out. That never happened. Its ok. I have made my last order at the Benton location.
